Self-Cleaning Solar Panel Spray 1L
Application of the nanovis coating is simple when you follow these instructions:
- Pick a clear sunny day - this will ensure the coating has 1-2 hours of UV exposure to properly cure and create the nanocrystalline layer
- Clean your solar panels with approved cleaning products - DO NOT use carwash or a product that has a wax residedue as this will prevent nanovis from spreading evenly
- Dry the panels - if its a sunny day it should be pretty quick, but you can use a blower or rag to dry if you're impatient. Again make sure its a clean rag so you don't get any oil or other contaminants on the panels
- Ensure your spray bottle is charged via its USB port
- Spray evenly in long continous sprays across the panel in a zig zag pattern.
- Leave for 1-2 hours in direct sunlight
- Observe after application the somewhat oily appearance - this is normal. You will see the anti-reflective properties immediately upon curing.
- Test the surface by spraying a mist over the panel to observe little to no formation of water droplets.
